Akademii – Tomorrow’s Female DJs
At Akademii, based in Thisted, Denmark, we have created a dedicated course to develop the next generation of female DJs. Each year, we select one candidate to join a 6-month program designed to build not only her DJ skills but also her mindset, discipline, and resilience.
The program is intensive, with daily schedules that include:
– DJ training
– English and Danish lessons
– Fitness, yoga, meditation, and pilates
– Music production
– Content creation and social media training
– Music industry masterclass lessons
The selected candidate will be signed under the ii group of companies:
– Daylight Agency (Artist Management)
– The Night (Booking Agency)
– Night Drive (Record Label)
– Gemini Publishing (Music Publishing)
The first graduate of the Akademii is the Lithuanian DJ Justė:

As part of the program contract, all costs are fully covered for the selected candidates, including meals, housing, and training.
